The first option is to hire only experienced industry insiders. (Great when it works, but what happens when it doesn't?).
The second option is to hire capable people and give them great training. And let's be honest, there is a reason why we have the phrase "death-by-PowerPoint". Training is often dull and ineffective.
My mission is to change that. I've delivered space industry training to hundreds of people with various backgrounds and levels of experience.
